Nose screw is a little long. Other than that it is the perfect size and color. Also, the shipping was very quick.

I didn't expect the screw to be as long as it was and the gem to be as small as it was. The photo makes both look average size. When I put it in I was afraid it was going to be too small and get pushed straight into my nose. It doesn't and it's nice for those days when you want a tiny gem, but the photo makes it look bigger. But its very pretty.
